Question: Road trip?

I'm traveling from CT to Naples, FL in about two weeks. My car has almost 147K on it and I'm planning on changing the oil & maybe the rear tires before I leave. I'm only driving about 6 hours a day and its 1400 miles to get there, 1400 to get back. Me and my family do maintainence on the car so none of us have a mechanic.. Will my car make it without having any major problems?
