Question: 2003 Kia Optima Front Passenger will not open?

I have replaced the fuse. The door will not open with the key or the remote. I do not have money to take the car to dealership. This is a safetly issue! I see many owners are having the same issue.. The car has 90,000 miles. The power lock switch will lock all of the doors, but will not unlock any of them?

I have the same problem with my 2006 kia optima, the front passenger wont open with the physical key, but will open with the button on my door.
